INTRODUCTION

The Government of India introduced the revolutionary “Swadhar Greh Scheme” basically to address the persistent issue and empower distressed women. Eligibility Creteria :-

Facing Difficult Circumstances: The scheme is for women who are facing distressing situations such as homelessness, destitution, human trafficking, human violence, or other forms of abuse.

2. Age requirement: A woman of the age of 18 or older is eligible to get benefits from this scheme.

3. Financial Independence: Those women who don’t have a constant and reliable source of income are also eligible for this scheme.

4. Lack of family support: Women who lack family support and are also turned away from their families are eligible to seek help through this scheme.
